Department of Chemistry, IIT Indore encourages highly talented and motivated students to be a part of our academic research programs.

We started in 2009, and now with a handful of young and dynamic faculty members, we are ready to welcome you and offer you the relevant and challenging chemistry to explore, yet full freedom to drive in your ideas in doing good chemistry to serve the society and the nation.

Chemistry@IIT Indore is fully determined to prepare you for the best of your future in Research, like doing PhD in Norway or in Germany, spend some time experiencing chemistry at a leading university in USA (SN Bose) or UK (Newton-Bhahbha), Postdoc in Canada, Germany or Sweden and many more !!!

Like our MSc Chemistry graduates – Gurpreet, Twinkle, Debopriya, Ravi, Sahidul, or our PhD students –Thaksen, Indrajit, Deepika –now as postdocs, you all will be prepared for your next endeavour.

Ph.D. program: Interviews are conducted four times a year, usually in the months of March, May, September and November. Interested students should apply against advertisements for admission posted on the IIT Indore Academics webpage.

Post-doctoral fellows
